Stillness

Stillness is in the house. My sisters are gone, my 6-year-old nephew, all the family, all the friends and neighbors are gone. It’s just me and my step-mom alone in the house…the TV is on pause.

I just got back from taking my twin-sister to the airport. My twin is not a very good woman. She has a very dark side to her soul, a reflection of my mothers. She did all she could to sabotage my life here, the peace and harmony, the togetherness in such a sad time between me, my step-mom, little sister and even my nephew: her son.

There’s always got to be one such person to make us aware of all the good ones we have 🙂 Thank her for that I suppose.
